1.1 Registered Address

1.2 How to order
To order any of the training courses, you can call us on 0845 533 6165 or fill in our application form for us to call you, we can then discuss which course you are interested in. We may offer sponsorship for the training courses i.e we pay a certain amount towards your training. Sponsorship depends on your IT background and eagerness to learn. Once a course and sponsorship have been agreed an invoice and contract will be sent to you. The contract must be signed and returned to us to confirm your acceptance of our terms and conditions. Then payment can be made.

1.3 Payment and class dates.
All payments are made in Pounds (£) Sterling. Neosynergy Consultancy LTD is a UK company and as such all agreements are governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Once payment has been made access to the next available class (2 class dates per month are available), unless fully booked, will be offered.

1.4 Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
In accordance with the Customer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000, when a Training Programme is booked without face to
face contact, the Trainee may cancel a Contract within seven days of that Contract having been concluded. However, The Trainee shall
lose this right to cancel if by mutual agreement the course starts before the end of this cancellation period. Cancellation and requests for
postponement must be notified in writing immediately by letter, fax or email to admin@neosynergy.co.uk. A full refund will be given, minus an administration fee of £100, for any cancellations or returns.

1.5 Confidentiality
Because confidential information (which may include commercially sensitive information) important to the business of Neosynergy and
its clients ("Confidential Information") will from time become known to the Trainee, Neosynergy considers and the Trainee acknowledges
that the following restraints are necessary for the reasonable protection by Neosynergy business, or the business of the Group and their
clients.
